Year 7 Immunisation Day

Year 7 students are offered a free diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis and human papillomavirus vaccine.

Vaccination will only be provided at school if consent has been received.

See attachment for information on how to give consent for your childs immunisation.

If your child is absent on the day, there will be a catch up immunisation day held at the school on the 1st of November 2024.
